The team here are bloody champions. My partner & I are over from NZ & spend most of our time on the bikes. We had some issues with one of the bikes & the man fixed them within 5 minutes.Highly recommend

I bought my segway ninebot Max a year and half ago from Ai, chose them for a few reasons-*best price!*staff made sure I knew what to watch out for and advised me how to make sure u got the scooter I wanted, even when I'd not yet planned to buy through them, which was very good of them*the most informed and knowledgeable of anyone I'd spoken to about scooters*without a doubt the most ethical buisness I'd encountered*now they have their new shop, and I found they do repairs too, im now able to get the best people to work on my scooter and they gave me the best quote and the repairs were able to be done while I waited, while everyone else needed to keep my scooter for at least 3 days!It doesn't get better than these guys in my opinion and I'm very cautious about where I take my buisness.*these guys get an 11 out of 10 for sales n service!

False advertising. Claiming refurbished scooters and when you ge there its all used and in a very bad condition. On top of that, The owner is very disrespectful. They don't honor their 1 year warranty. They are only interested in selling to you and scamming you with the accessories prices they charge more than other places. Every accessory for g30 max can be found online for almost half the price. Shipped to your door. Moral of the story. Stay away from this business.As a response to their reply.Yes i had to buy brand new because as i said. False advertising. No refurbished. Its used and very bad condition. Second. Yes your prices are unrealistic. I bought the original accessories (oem phone mount for 22$ while you sell for 40$) and the lock for 30 which u sell for 40 or 45. And the original handles replacement for 26$ for the set while you wanted each for 20$.Lastly, you quoted me 180$ for tyre replacement which is again unrealistic. I reached out to scooter's hut and they quoted me 85$. Basically everything was half your prices. I'm sure that the motor has a problem and you didn't address it and you probably didnt test it. Because you just concerned about profit.

These guys are always helpful! They've been carrying out maintenance on my electric scooter and electric bike for a few years now and work is always spot on and priced very reasonably. Highly recommend.

Went to Scooteroo today to upgrade my software and change rear tube tier on my electric scooter. The older guy that wasn’t serving me, I was being served by a younger gentleman who was so helpful!! Comes up and says the job is going to take a minimum of 3 hours because it’s a big job! I found him to be arrogant disrespectful and money hungry!! I walked out disgusted!! You try to support local businesses but found this business unsupportive to locals!!
