The team here are bloody champions. My partner & I are over from NZ & spend most of our time on the bikes. We had some issues with one of the bikes & the man fixed them within 5 minutes.Highly recommend

Micky and team are always friendly and helpful providing great service. We have had our bikes serviced on a number of occasions and very happy with the result. In particular they serviced my bike prior to the Gibb River ride, resulting in just one broken spoke which we fixed as a result of Micky taking us through some key maintenance and repair scenarios before departure. Today I picked up my bike as they have prepared it for the Mawson Trail in SA - Again very happy with the work and advice.

I cant give zero stars so one it is...Bought a Mongoose Fireball SS from fleet cycles around December 2021 for my son. $1600.After the first ride the back wheel came off, gouging the paint on the frame . It had not been tightened.The headstock came loose a few days later.After a couple of days after that the bike started making a clicking noise from the pedal area. The front brakes started to bind and wouldnt release.Rang the shop. They said it needed to bed in and the clicking noise would stop..Checked the bike again and thought that the front chain ring was bent.Took it to a local shop in Rockingham as I had little confidence that Fleet could fix since they had done such a poor job of assembly.Turns out that the crank bolts were badly cross threaded and had been forced in, stripping them. The bottom bracket was only hand tight, had no grease and had been installed wrongly, with parts around the wrong way and pieces of the assembly missing .The headstock also had no grease and was assembled incorrectly and the bolt damaged.The front caliper could not be repaired and had to be replaced with a hydraulic caliper.So 200 bucks later in repairs.....I would suggest fleet cycles consider not utilising children or very young teens with little experience to assemble bikes, especially considering there is a safety aspect to these things. I have it from a good source (the very young teen who put together my sons bike) that this is the case.I was going to send pics of all the damage but im over it..

I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. I know nothing about bikes and they took care of everything and at an extremely reasonable price.Also a great turnaround time!

I restored an old road bike and needed some parts fitted. They tuned my bike with my parts supplied and also assisted with bike setup so it was comfortable to ride.Thank you Dave and the team for helping complete a year long project of restoring an old road bicycle.I recommend this team with all your cycling needs
